Antonio Stefano Da Venezia
Managing Director
Main partner and shareholder of the company, born in 1958, he has
a Master degree in banking and finance for development. Before founding
ECF he was employed as economist in the European Union and as Director
of a private Italian engineering company. In his career he gained
a specific experience in the field of restructuring, SME development
and financial advisory both in Eastern Europe and NIS countries
and in Latin America. He can also rely on a strong professional
background acquired in its native Italy and improved in a successful
assignment in the United States. Stefano is also familiar with project
management and co-ordination technique for complex projects funded
by all the major international organisations.

Vincenzo Salzano
Senior Banking Advisor
Vincenzo Salzano was born in 1943.
He is responsible for Banking and Financial Instruments of the ECF
where is managing important TA project in Latin America.
His experience is focused on banking sector, on matters concerning
privatisation strategies and process, merging and acquisition, financial
analysis and company valuation.
He graduated in Economics and Business at the University of Naples.
Since 1971 until 2001 he has worked for Banca Nazionale del Lavoro
(one of the major italian banks), touching several areas of expertise:
he has been Credit Line Division director, Director of International
Area in Argentina branch, Director of Corporate Area.
He is member of Professional Association of chartered Accountant
of Trieste.

Giovanni Cappè
Partner
He is responsible for designing and managing important projects
in Balkan and Africa Region as well as the management of Framework
contract-
He graduated in Philosophy-Geography at the University of Milan.
He has been working for several years for italian NGOs in Africa;
he has been Coordinator of bilateral co-operation programmes for
Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In the period between 1994 and 1998 has worked as expert for the
European Commission in Albania, Macedonia and in Brussels. Among
his tasks, he has been Responsible for the coordination of activities
in PHARE programmes.
