Economic Development Framework Contract (Lot 10) and Public Finance (Lot 11)

ECF is part of the consortia implementing these two European Commission framework contracts. The purpose of the framework contracts is to provide short-term experts who will deliver the requested technical assistance for the sectors as described below.

ECF is a member of the consortium Global Partners led by West Middlands Enterprise (UK) currently managing the Economic Development Framework Contract (Lot 10). The main tasks of the Framework Contract deal with:

  • Reform of the financial sector,
  • Industrial modernisation and privatisation
  • Trade and export development
  • Regional Development
  • SME Development
  • Quality and Standardisation
  • Macro Economy, Statistics and Public Finance management
