The firm was created in 1997 by the combination of a primary merchant bank and a group of experienced international consultants. In a few years ECF has acquired a significant experience in management of complex cooperation programs in different areas of the World and in different economic, political and social contextsIn the year 2004, according to the venture capital investment plan the merchant bank sold its participation in the company to Fondazione di Venezia, a dynamic institution operating in the most developed area of Italy.
